FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
I love to get the shots that no one expects, from serious posed shots to behind the scenes moments that will be great to look back on. You can give me free rein to do what I do, or we can make a shot list of must have shots. I like to catch the intimate moments and the fun times through the day. Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in the Twin Tiers of New York, Most of the time I remain within 150 miles of the Finger Lakes area.
( Binghampton,Corning,Rochester,Syracuse) and all points in between. For an additional travel fee we will extend our range to anywhere in the United States.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! We make a habit of giving up to 50 sneak peak photos within 24 hours! Wedding films take a bit longer, up to 6 weeks in some cases.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 600 to 800 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and will make a few different styles of edits such as B&W and other interesting edits for the best of the best photos.
What equipment do you use and how secure are the photo and video files?
We have the latest in Sony Mirrorless still and video cameras, 12 in all. We use professional lenses and dual card slots as a back up in all main cameras. All files are loaded onto a hard drive and a portable SSD drive, SD cards from cameras are never deleted until customer has all photos or video and is satisfied with the gallery. We use multiple cameras and have a back up on site in case of any equipment issues.
